Had several different policies in place for years, made the decision to cancel and received hateful email communication from agent stating we were doing our family a dis-service and putting our future in jeopardy. More than 3 emails had to be sent before she would follow through on our request. During a phone conversation agent hung up when she didn't like our decision to cancel.Very dissatisfied with our treatment.
