After only one visit here to the lake I knew that this is where I wanted to enjoy life. I am a permanent resident of the Lake of the Ozarks and represent buyers and sellers throughout the whole lake area as my full time occupation. I have owned personal and also rental/investment property in both Missouri and Illinois. I relocated to this area from Central Illinois because I love the excitement it offers. I love Ann!! She is the best realtor I know. I have been through 10 closings being either the buyer or the seller and this was the best one I have went through. I was moving from a different state and she made it easy. She found the right house at a good location and got the closing done before I started work. She made sure it was the prefect house for me and my daughter. Thanks Ann!!

Having bought over 10 different properties in my life span, I can honestly say that Ann Klimkewicz is by far the best real estate professional that I have had the pleasure to work with.
