Architecture & Engineering Consultants was built on 20+ years of experience in planning, architectural and engineering design. We service the entire state of Missouri with an emphasis on the local communities of Osage Beach, Camdenton, Lebanon, Jefferson City and Columbia.

We offer both Design/Bid/Build and Design/Build services as well as integrated project delivery which integrates people, systems, business structures and practices into a process that collaboratively harnesses the talents of all participants involved to reduce waste and optimize efficiency through all phases of the project.

Our Engineering Department is comprised of both Structural and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design professionals. All aspects from beam design to ground source heating and cooling system design can be provided by our experienced staff to meet your needs.

Home Inspection Services
Architecture & Engineering Consultants also offer a thorough home inspection to evaluate the interior and exterior of your home for a sellar pre-listing inspection and/or a buyer pre-purchase inspection.  This inspection is based on observations of the visible and accessible condition of the structure and its systems and components.  Following our home inspection, you will receive a comprehensive report, complete with photos, that includes information on any material defects observed on the date of inspection.  We will inspect all of the following, when accessible:

Architecture & Engineering Consultants strives to provide innovation, avocation, and technical expertise in every project we assume.  Our work can be seen in facilities such as Camden County Ambulance District Station, Hookers Bar & Grill, TreeHaven Spec Residence, LRHS Camdenton Medical Park, Central Ozark Medical Center, American Square, The Elks Lodge in Osage Beach, Miller County Health Center, Eldon FFA Building and the Versailles VoAg Building.

Our Hours 
We are available to serve your architectual and engineering needs Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  After hours appointments are available by calling (573) 365-2100 or noodle us.
