About Us

ARSI has been helping individuals, businesses and institutions solve their demolition and environmental problems for 35 years. Since 1985 ARSI has completed over 4500 asbestos, mold, lead paint and specialized demolition projects in places ranging from homes to hospitals.  While primarily serving central Missouri, ARSI works for clients all over the state of Missouri.

 

ARSI is a registered asbestos abatement contractor in Missouri, authorized by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, and is a licensed lead abatement contractor through the Department of Health and Senior Services. These are the respective regulating bodies for asbestos and lead licensing in Missouri.

ARSI understands current building construction practices and the evolution of those practices dating back to the mid 1800’s. We know how to find and eliminate environmental problems. Our inspectors, project managers, supervisors and skilled workers possess extensive knowledge of construction and remediation of environmental hazards which results in a safe, efficient, compliant project of the highest quality for our customers.
