I recommend Pat Tosie. He was a great agent in that met our needs as a first time home buyer. His great communication and accommodating schedule allowed us to remain stress free with our busy careers. Most importantly Pat understands that his clients must be happy and feel unpressured to make such a significant decision.

I definitely recommend Pat Tosie. He was a HUGE help when we were searching for a new home last year. He went above and beyond and came back with so many great listings that really fit what we were looking for. Pat was always there for us and was just a wonderful support, and friend as well, during our housing transition. Pat is a very caring individual and beautiful person, which makes working with him so fabulous, especially when you're talking about something as serious as buying a new house. Call him now! You won't regret it.

I recommend Pat Tosie. He was a great help in my purchase of a Villa, providing me the necessary and requested information relative to the purchasing process. He provided a list of utilities and help services in the area of the purchase as well. He is presently working as a seller of my previous home and works very hard to advertise and expose the property to the public via literature, signs, internet, open houses, etc. I would recommend him to a future buyer/seller as he was recommended to me.
