My family came to Columbia from St. Louis. We had no knowledge of the city. Bev Curtis listen to our needs and kept us on track to finding the right house. There were a few times where I really liked a house where she reminded me of other important criteria I wasn't focused on at that moment. She could have "sold" me a house a month earlier. Bev took the extra time to assist me in finding the right investment that also fit all my families needs as well. Thank you Bev!

Bev helped us find a house that was perfect for us! Throughout the entire process she was prompt, professional and a joy to work with. I can't say enough about her and her team. She went out of her way to provide stellar service. Her experience and tenacity got us a great deal and I highly recommend her.

If I was selling my home I want a well respected Realtor in Columbia that can move my home quickly through the market to close. Bev, Lisa, and Allen understand the market and will price your home appropriately to move it the first listing. Through BNI I have grown to appreciate Bev's professional and successful attitude.
