About Us

Company Goal: To serve our customers exceptionally by providing a staff that is knowledgeable, competent, and courteous whether they are on the phone or at the customers home or business. We are the only Factory Authorized Bryant Dealer in Mid-Missouri.

We offer complete heating and cooling services on site built homes , mobile homes, modular homes and commercial. We have our own in house sheet metal shop which allows us to make custom ductwork for any type application.

We use Bryant equipment on site built homes commercial and modular homes. On mobile homes we use Coleman equipment and provide warranty service on Bryant, Carrier, Coleman, (mobile home) Miller , and Intertherm.

We have been in business for 30 years and are fully insured ( liability, workers compensation and vehicle insurance), we have fully stocked service trucks, 24 hr emergency service, EPA certified employess and licensed, we stock most equipment in our warehouse so there is no waiting on suppliers.

The owner, Fred Burks has been in the heating and cooling business for over 30 years. Our employees have an average 20 years experience and very capable of installing a system that will provide you with comfort and reliability.
