I have never in my life been spoken to the way Paul spoke to me on the phone and he hung up on me. I have spent $1200 getting my front differential fixed. It has been 2 weeks, and have heard banging sounds 3 different times when applying the brakes since I picked my Jeep up. Is it related? I don't know but I live an hour away and upon trying to drop my Jeep off so they can "drive it" which they probably won't acknowledge if it's something they caused anyway. Paul got VERY hot headed with me, quick, condescending, and hung up the phone on me. I told him he was talking to me like I was a burden to him, but that didn't make him stop. NEVER will I recommend this asshole place to anyone. EVER.
