Welcome to C & M Tax & Accounting Service, a locally owned and operated full service Tax Preparation, Accounting and Bookkeeping Service located in Nixa, MO in the Stonecrest Plaza next door to Family Pharmacy.  Owners Betty Campbell and Candace McIntosh, have over 38 years of combined experience in the tax preparation and bookkeeping service industry.  C & M Tax & Accounting clients love the service that Betty and Candace have provided during their 8 years in business together.  Their clients come from all over the United States as well as local cities such as Bolivar, Camdenton, Kaiser, Springfield and Clever. At C & M Tax & Accounting we can answer all of your accounting and tax questions. We prepare payroll checks and keep track of tax liability payments and complete your quarterly reports accurately and timely. We prepare financial statements and can help you keep track of your income and expenses and analyze what needs you may have. We can help you or your bookkeeper with your QuickBooks software.

We prepare individual, small business, partnership and corporate tax returns. We specialize in preparing individual tax returns while you are in our office, face to face.  We offer free electronic filing of Federal and Missouri returns. We prepare other state returns, however, some states do not allow elecronic filing unless you are licensed in that state. We are certified to prepare these types of  returns for paper filing.

ACCREDITATION
Both Betty and Candace are Enrolled Agents for the IRS. They have studied and passed the IRS extensive tests that are required to prepare tax returns. They are also required to complete 24 hours of continuing education every year to keep the status of enrolled agents. C & M Tax & Accounting is also a Better Business Bureau Accredited Member since 2008.  Be sure to check out their "A" rating!

HOURS OF OPERATION
The professionals at C & M Tax & Accounting are available to serve your tax preparation and accounting needs Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  We do offer Saturday and After Hour appointments.

Our fees are generally lower than the “big franchised offices” and we are here for you twelve months out of the year.  We accept Cash, Checks, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, Traveler's Checks and we do invoice upon approval.
