C Parks Enterprises, owned and operated by Corey Parks, has been serving mid-Missouri since 2003. C Parks Enterprises is a licensed and insured pressure washing, cleaning and staining contractor specializing in decks, fences, wood siding or log homes. Once your wood surfaces are pressure washed they will be ready for maximum penetration of your chosen sealant or stain. Dirt, grime, mildew and algae can also be removed from siding, driveways, patios, and sidewalks for a fresh, clean look. With a reputation based on quality of work, dependability, and fair pricing, C Parks Enterprises would love to make your home or deck more beautiful.

Corey Parks, a 1995 graduate of Hickman High School and 2000 college graduate from Northwest Missouri State, is a member of the United States Army Reserves. He graduated from Transportation School in 2003, Transportation Officer School in 2008, and is currently the Commander of the 856th Transportation Detachment in St Louis, Missouri. He lives with his wife Rachel and one year-old daughter Nora in Columbia.

Used him for years

We have used Corey to clean our siding, clean our deck, clean out our gutters, stain our deck several times. We have always been happy with his work and trust him implicitly. The only difficulty is he is so popular he is hard to get. He’s very honest and reliable, I was surprised by the very negative review above because that doesn’t fit Corey.

Top Notch!

I have a double deck and multiple decorative fences in my back yard. Corey has stained/sealed these three to four times - always with excellence and at very reasonable cost. On one of these occasions, he cleaned up the mess left by a previous contractor who had charged twice as much. He and his assistants are always very professional in demeanor. I highly recommend C. Parks Enterprises LLC.

Terrible! Horrible Service!!!

The quality of his work was just really bad. I found several spots unfinished as though he ran out of stain and didn't bother to refill. He failed to finish the job to good standard and then he overcharged! He's a liar and a cheater! Pass on this guy. There are much better options out there.

2 years later, my fence still looks amazing!

Cory stained my new privacy fence 2 years ago. He was very professional, consultative and affordable. I'm proud to report that my fence still looks great today and is the best fence in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend Cory.

This is the 2nd time we have had Cory Parks power wash, and stain our deck. We thought the 1st time was very good, but Cory out did himself this time. His price is very fair, and his quality is excellent. Thank You, Bob Young
