We dropped off our 2014 Cadillac SRX to be detailed by this company.
The detail job was just ok. The problem is they broke the screen on the
Cars operating system and totally denied it. Our teenage son who lives out
Of state returned the car to me and understandably did not notice
Anything. I did not drive the car for several days and noticed the damage
Immediately once I got in. We called Capitol and had no response for a week.
But oddly enough the knew exactly who we were when we drove the 40 miles
To their shop. They were extremely aggressive, yelling at us that they had nothing to do with the damage. Accidents happen, I would think that any business that has any intregity would have brought this to our attention we mmediately. We are now looking at a 1,000 to have this replaced. There are options. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!
