OUR EXPERIENCE:
We have a total of over 40 years combined experience in the real estate
market, both in selling and management of commercial and residential
real estate. We currently manage commercial office buildings, strip
centers, office parks, and residential rental property from single family
homes to large apartment complexes. We also have substantial
background experience in the construction and the maintenance field.

ABOUT US:
Our staff consists of Matt (owner), who will be managing the complex, Larry (employee), the on-site assistant manager who will be living in an apartment at the complex, Regina & Gail (owners), corporate office in Blue Springs, MO.

OFFICE HOURS:

Office Hours – Monday thru Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
After hours and weekends are by appointment.
24 Hour Emergency Maintenance.

RENT & OTHER FEES:

1 Bedroom – $550.00
2 Bedroom 1 Bath – $625.00
2 Bedroom 1.5 Bath – $635.00
Water – $10.00

UTILITIES
Tenant pays for Gas and Electric.
Trash and sewer are included in the rent.

DEPOSIT
Security Deposit – $250.00
Non-Refundable Pet Deposit – $200.00

CREDIT APPLICATION FEES
1 Person – $35.00
Married Couple – $50.00
