Como Smoke and Fire is a family owned and operated smokehouse and restaurant located in Columbia, Mo. Our family would like to welcome yours into our home away from home. We smoke all of our pork, brisket, turkey, chicken and ribs in-house. Our extensive menu includes all of your favorite and classic barbeque items but with our own flare.
