Controlled Aire in Moberly, MO is a family “mom and pop” business with over 20 years of experience in the heating & cooling business. We started our business in the trunk of a 84 Buick in 1991, and it soon took over the garage and family room. Today, our shop has a full showroom complete with working fireplaces, wood stoves, gas logs, our RHEEM equipment and a workshop in the back of the building with sheet metal fabrication capabilities.
 
We are fully certified, licensed and insured to do your highest quality installations. We do complete installs in new construction, replace existing heating and cooling, and service all makes and models of furnaces, aire conditioners, and fireplaces.We trust in our work, so we guarantee all of our installation work with a one-year warranty.
