First and formost we are a custom home building contractor in Kirksville MO. 

We at Darr Custom homes build made to order homes with our customers direction and needs in mind. When you buy a made to design home you can control many things that otherwise you would have no say in if you buy a home that was made before you got there. You can customize your home layout, including the kitchen and the placement of the rooms. The home owner can choose the colors and the flooring and the size of each individual room. Which is important because a home one of the biggest purchases you will make in your life, do you want someone else to design it or would you rather be in control of exactly how your home will turn out.
