Policy! ARG!

I was dreading the idea of once again working on the personnel policy and procedures manual. I never know what needs to be in there, is it too much, too little ... ARG!!! Luckily Boone County Council on Aging has the support of Executive Advantage. Bob helped us streamline the manual and limit our liability. I couldn't have done this without his expertise and help. I highly recommended their services because with HR you don't know what you know --- but Bob and Doris know it all!

We have utilized the services of Executive Advantage on three separate occasions to fill vacant positions within our company.
