The Ramada Oasis in Springfield, Missouri proudly presents Fire & Ice Restaurant & Bar, where an exquisite atmosphere and culinary creativity welcome hotel guests and the general public.
Fire & Ice features Springfield's only curved counter-top ice bar, and offers seating that extends to the indoor pool and its surrounding fountains and plant life, as well as seasonal seating around the hotel's outdoor pool. The open-plan kitchen allows patrons to watch a show of flames behind the ice bar performed by our chef and his team as they prepare the evening's entrees.
Dinner fare at Fire & Ice includes seafood delights, steak specialties, and a variety of beef, shrimp, and chicken dishes showcasing the wok.
