Welcome to Fitness Academy Stl.
I am certified personal trainer Mike Rowe, with certifications from American Fitness Training of Athletes (AFTA) and National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I have been involved in sports my whole life and fitness for over 20 years. Ive been coaching sports for the past 13 years (girls softball, basketball, baseball, soccer, and football). My passion is to enhance whatever skills you may have or to help you reach every goal your trying to achieve. If you need to loose weight, gain muscle, or just learn the basics, I take great pride in changing lives for the better.
