Four Winds Farm 

Four Winds Farm in Quincy, IL is a unique center for teaching about health and wellness, specifically  herbs and their medicinal and culinary applications. The homestead area at Four Winds Farm is dedicated to both agri-tourism and agri-education. Author, public-speaker, and herbal educator, Deborah Lee teaches hands-on classes where you'll learn to live in harmony with the earth, identify and select wild edibles, use sustainable gardening methods, use alternative energy sources, and live a healthier and cleaner lifestyle. 

Four Winds Farm has a 3,000 square foot herb garden certified by the State of Illinois Herb Association, and an organic vegetable garden. In the teaching center at Four Winds Farm you can attend "Make and take" classes where you'll learn to identify various types of herbs and their medicinal uses and learn their proper culinary preparation. You'll have a chance to get out in the gardens and collect herbs and vegetables, then work closely with a small group of people to use them in various preparations to either eat or take home. We invite you (or your group/club/family) to come to Four Winds Farm in Quincy, IL for a class, a plant ID trek, or to book the facility for an event. Deborah is also available year round for nutritional consultations, speaking engagements and workshops. She presents a variety of programs on health and wellness, centered on medicinal herbs, culinary herbs, and wild edible herbs. 

Deborah Lee is an herbal educator and conference presenter specializing in wild edible, culinary, and medicinal herbs, and holds a Ph.D. in Nutrition & Holistic Health, Masters is Environmental Education, Bachelors in Psychology, and is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
