Galen Pellham, AIA, CCIM has been an agent in Commercial & Investment Property Real Estate since 1999.  Galen serves the communities of Springfield, Branson, Ozark, Nixa, Republic and Strafford with his reputable and experienced real estate knowledge.

Galen has been an architect since 1977, founding Pellham-Phillips Architects & Engineers, later Pellham Commercial Realtors and in 2008 merging with Murney Commercial, Springfield’s largest Real Estate firm. Galen specializes in Commercial Real Estate and Investment Properties. Galen has currently closed one of Springfield’s largest transactions, selling 14 Kum and Go Convience stores to a REIT in NY .

These and other projects have given Pellham a creative approach to the commercial real estate market. His architectural experience allows him to better visualize uses of properties. Pellham has developed numerous schematic site plans to achieve the highest and best use for a client.

In 1999, Pellham ventured from his architectural firm to join his wife, Marleen at CJR Commercial Group utilizing his architectural design expertise in the Real Estate arena.

To expand his Commercial Real Estate knowledge, Galen obtained the CCIM designation. These seminars gave him in-depth knowledge of Financial Analysis (measuring investment value performance); Market Analysis (supply and demand factors); User Decisions (timing of operating cash flows and its affect on value and rate of return and calculating the cost for leasing vs. owning); Investment Analysis (determining a clients investment strategy).

This knowledge has enabled Galen to establish the value of a property and develop a financial analysis for Sellers and Buyers. With the combined knowledge and experience as an Architect and CCIM graduate, Galen quickly attained the title of Top Producer of Carol Jones Realtors Residential and Commercial departments during his second year in real estate and he continued to be among the Top Producers, through 2005.

In 2006, Galen formed his own Company, Pellham Commercial Realtors, to provide creative solutions to Sellers, Buyers and Investors. As an Architect and Realtor, Pellham has always realized the necessity of aggressive marketing. Pellham Commercial Realtors was structured to generate maximum service for its clients with integrity to all parties. Galen merged his commercial office with Springfields largest real estate company – Murney Associates Realtors. This has been a perfect fit for what Galen needed to continue what he does best, serving clients.

Galen's credibility can be seen in the prestigous memberships in the American Institute of Architects, the National Association of the Board of Realtors, Springfield Multilist, a certified Commercial Investment Manager and the Springfield Chamber of Commerce.  With over 13 years of expericence in the real estate industry, Galen has gained many return clients and a reputation of integrity.
