About Us

Gateway Alarm, Inc. came to be in 1981 by a retired St. Louis City Police Officer. It was a 2 man operation for many years. With hard work and dedication 30 years later Gateway Alarm Inc has grown to be the Company it is today. We are family owned with 23 employees and have over 7,000 customers including a few big name companies such as Dobbs, Dirt Cheap, U-Gas, Sonic, and Crazy Bowls and Wraps.
We operate our own monitoring station in St. Louis. The monitoring station is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All of our employees are licensed, bonded and covered by Workmen’s Compensation Insurance. The company has $2,000,000 liability insurance. Documentation is available.
