GBH Builders is a general contracting firm located in Jefferson City, Missouri. We specialize in office buildings, schools, churches, and commercial and industrial building projects. We also have experience and proven expertise in commercial and industrial manufacturing. After being in business for nearly 30 years, we have been able to provide solid expertise and knowledge to the mid-Missouri building marketplace. Our projects have grown from buildings of 3,000 square feet to 70,000 square feet. The value of these projects has grown up to $7 million with an annual sales figure of $12 million.

Our personnel can perform concrete work, carpentry work, miscellaneous steel and millwork, doors and frames, dry wall, ceiling, and other building specialties. Pre-Construction - Cost estimating, value engineering/cost benefit analysis and subcontractor pre-qualification.
Construction - Permitting, scheduling, construction supervision, contract administration, document control, cost control and status reporting.
Post-Construction - Project commissioning, closeout and warranty.
Contracting Methods - General contracting and design-build.

These services are provided through several types of contractual arrangements, including lump sum contracts or cost of work with guaranteed maximum price type contracts. Although we are an open-shop contractor, we also work with union subcontractors and suppliers.
