JT Holman Construction believes preconstruction is the most important phase of its projects. JT Holman works directly with the Owner, the Owners Representatives and the Architect in order to understand their needs and to assist in developing project budgets. These budgets reflect JT Holman’s best evaluation of how to meet the needs of the Owner, the constraints of the building site, the materials and systems for the project and the Architect’s aesthetic intent.

Where your need is not for a contractor but for someone to lead multiple contractors in a project, or where time does not allow the setting of a fixed price, consider JT Holman Construction as your general construction manager. We are delighted to help clients on an agency basis with scheduling, estimating, constructability reviews, value engineering, bidding and awarding trade contracts, oversight of construction and reporting to financial institutions and oversight organizations.
