House of Chow

We were established in 1981, by the Chow family. To this day, we are still owned and operated by the same family.

We bring authentic Chinese cuisine to the Columbia area using fresh ingredients and preparing everything by hand daily. 

Throughout the years we have added and adapted our menu items to satisfy all of our customers. We incorporated our traditional Taiwanese dishes into the menu as well as more "Americanized" dishes such as Springfield-style Cashew Chicken. We use a variety of homemade sauces that range from sweet and tangy to ginger based and spicy variations. We have a full bar, rotating dinner specials and feature awesome lunch specials that include your choice of rice, soup and an appetizer. Our staff is friendly and fast, catering to our costumers needs. Friday and Saturday nights we have live music and are always a perfect spot for families, dates and/or group dinners!
