Liberty Hy-Vee has a FULL TIME DIETITIAN on staff. 
Rachelle Hochgraber, MS, RD, LD, CLT, obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in food and nutrition with a specialization in dietetics from Southern Illinois University. She continued to study nutrition and obtained her Master of Science degree and Nutrition Education Specialist Certification through the School of Family and Consumer Science at Eastern Illinois University.  Rachelle always works to stay aware of current nutrition trends and research through further education and training. Rent the LIBERTY HY-VEE CLUB ROOM for your next event.  Make the Club Room your venue for your next...corporate luncheon, graduation party, holiday party, baby/bridal shower and much more.  Room can accommodate up to 60 people, and catering is available from any of Hy-Vee's food court departments.  Set up and clean up is included with all rentals.  "Noodle" us or contact Renae at 816-792-3210 or 1384clubmgr@hy-vee.com.
