I went to get my cracked iPhone screen replaced. Originally I'd been quoted at $80 but when I went back the guy said that was not correct and said they charge $100. I was frustrated but he'd already fixed my phone so I paid. Then less than one month later, the screen they'd put on my phone FELL OFF of my phone, it had not been attached properly. When I went back in with my receipt to ask them to fix their mistake they said I could get it replaced again for their "return customer" price of $80, but they wouldn't fix it for free. Go to Cracked Up Mobile just a little farther north, barely outside of downtown. He was extremely nice and did a great job fixing iGenie's shitty one, AND he's cheaper.

Fantastic experience with iGenie, called them in the middle of the day and was able to drop off my phone as soon as I could get to their store. Took them 30 minutes before my screen was completely fixed and as good as new. Was able to pay with card and entire process went great. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their iphone worked on.
