Best Realtor in the Area

Cathy was our realtor when we moved here a few years ago and we had a great experience doing business with her. She made it all happen very quickly and smoothly. I would recommend her to anyone who needs to find a place quickly, like we did. She was also our daughter's realtor and again, it was a very positive experience for a first-time home buyer. Cathy posseses the traits in a realtor that are important to us in making such a big purchase, which are honesty, experience and she was very knowledgeable! Look no further, call Cathy!

Working with Kathy was a great experience! She helped me purchase my home 3 years ago. I was in Dallas for a conference and corresponded by phone and fax to give offers on my house. She also assisted me in finding a bank that would give me a loan for a manufactured home. I recommended her to my boyfriend when he was looking for a house. Kathy gives you 100%. She's an extremely competent realtor and a good friend.

Cathy was wonderful when we bought our home. She was super knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She also was extremely helpful and professional. Cathy was 100% all of the time in my home buying experience. I bought a forclosure home from Fannie May, with a lot of help from Cathy! There were many loop holes to get through (due to construction loans for foundation work). Cathy got the answers and made it happen. Any time I didn't understand she took time and explained everything. I love my home, and, I greatly appreciate all of her time and hard work! Thank you so much Cathy! :)
