My family and I have been blessed with many great treasures and opportunities in this community. As a Branch Manager of Midwest Lending, located in Springfield, MO, I now have the chance to give back to my community. I want to use my knowledge of this business and resources to help you achieve your goals. I believe that proficiency and professionalism are the keys to satisfying customers. There will be no more waiting 2-3 weeks for a full formal loan approval; this will be done in 2-3 days. We have the ability to underwrite our own loans within our office; we draw all of our own documents; plus, we have the ability to bring a funding check to closing. Wow, no more late funding!!! As a partner/owner in this company I speak directly with our underwriters, and I have access to all of the support necessary to find the best program for the customer. Our service will not be matched, even while we keep closing costs lower than most brokers in town. This is all for the benefit of the customer.
