I have been in the real estate business for nearly 40 years, and have watched this wonderful Ozarks community grow and prosper. We have a very diversified economy, not dependent on any one type of business or business expertise, a wonderful blend of all FOUR seasons, a close proximity to big city life with Kansas City to the northwest, St Louis to the east, and Dallas TX south of us. Our lakes south and east are wonderful places to fish, water ski or just enjoy a quiet boat trip. Fellows Lake just north of town has entertained lots of sailboats, too. This is a wonderful place with a great entrepreneurial spirit .. a large community with a small town atmosphere. Our Spring and Fall seasons are nothing short of glorious, a big slice of life is to be found here!!
