About Us

Lakenan Insurance of Ste. Genevieve / St. Louis is a privately owned
independent insurance agency established in 1938 by William Lakenan, in Perryville,
Missouri. In 1976 R. Lee Lottes became manager and later purchased the agency, he is the current owner of the Ste. Genevieve and St. Louis offices.

Lakenan Insurance of Ste. Genevieve, together with Lakenan Insurance of St. Louis,
has grown from three associates in 1976 to over twenty associates today. We
represent the top insurance companies offering all lines of coverage, including
Commercial, Personal, Life, Health and Bonds.

Our offices include state-of-the-art computer systems for managing our records and
online access with most of the companies that we represent. This technology allows
us to offer our customers the most accurate and up-to-date information possible.
