Alice and Bob, owners and founders of Longfellow's Garden Center bring over 25 years of experience and an educated team of associates to assist you in your landscaping design.  Their greenhouse experience and passion for plants keeps them growing and selling quality plants, catering to kids and families, and expanding their business a little every year has been their winning business philosophy.

Visit our retail Garden Center Nursery to find the latest in brands such as Proven Winters, Miracle Grow, Fertilom, Southern Living, Simply Beautiful and Easy Elegance.  We are sure to please with many varieties of flowers, shrubs and trees to select from.  We also carry the accessories needed to put these plants in the ground such as gloves, shovels, watering cans and helpful hints.

2.  We can help you with any size project.  Most importantly, we want to reflect your personality and answer your needs.  Computer landscaping designs are available to help you visualize your landscape before it is planted.
3.  Longfellow's garden center staff professionally installs many projects.  We can plant your flowers, shrubs and trees and do basic maintenance services.
4.  As a General Contractor on your landscaping project, Longfellow's Garden Center will work with area specialists to increase the services we provide.  By branching out to these contractors, we can offer more services including irrigation, lighting, lawn care, patios, outdoor kitchens, firepits and water features.  We oversee all aspects of your landscaping project.

At Longfellow's Garden Center we take pride in the community in which we reside and operate our business.  We hold membership in the Jefferson City Chamber of Commerce, United Garden Centers, Grow Native,  Missouri Landscape Association, Jefferson City Animal Shelter and the Better Business Bureau.  Alice is also a writer for the Missouri Gardener Magazine and has a talk radio show every Saturday morning from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on KFRU 1400am in Columbia, KLIK 1240am in Jefferson City and KRLL 1420am in California, Mo.  Call in with your questions about gardening, landscaping, and other plant-related topics. The phone number to reach the show is 866-632-1240.

November through February

Monday through Saturday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
