Founded in 1973, Mack Hils Inc. is a full service metal fabrication and precision machining firm serving a diversified and large domestic marketplace. Our customers are middle to large size manufacturers of original equipment in the computer, truck construction, automotive, food service, and agriculture industries. Mack Hils Inc. D.B.A. Mack Pro and Mack Products, is also the largest manufacturer of quality reproduction bed parts for antique pickups in the United States.

Since its inception in 1973 Mack Hils Inc. has established a reputation as a leader in the metal fabrication and precision machining industry. We have the ability to deliver high quality products to our customers with the highest level of customer service. We have an operating principle at Mack Hils Inc. that applies to every thing we do. Mack Hils Inc. manufactures anything from component parts, to complete assemblies, to prototypes, to production runs in small or large quantities. Our manufacturing capabilities are diversified and we can provide stamping, punching, bending, welding, machining (manual and CNC), wire edm, painting, powder coating, packaging, and shipping. We can produce these parts utilizing material types that include mild steel, aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and plastic.

Our primary goal is the efficient delivery of the highest quality products at a competitive price to each of our customers. Consistent achievement of this goal is performed by the expert application of manufacturing technologies and processes. At Mack Hils we initially evaluate your product requirement by completing a design and manufacturing applicability review. The process continues with our computerized production planning and manufacturing process tracking as well as complete process quality control. The entire process ensures that customer demands are met with the highest quality products delivered on time with the best possible pricing.

Mack Hils Inc. D.B.A. Mack Pro and Mack Products has its roots back in 1973 when Mack Hils began building small fasteners for antique pickup beds in the basement of his home. Utilizing mostly hand tools and long hours the business steadily expanded. By 1977 Mack Products had grown to the point of requiring more space, full time attention, and additional employees. This allowed the company to move from Mack Hils basement to the big time, a two-car garage with attached storage shed. An interim move followed in 1982 to a 12,000 square foot manufacturing facility. In 1988 the business expanded to 17 employees, 74 dealers, and a modern 30,000 square foot facility. The company was now providing products to the antique pickup market as well as several OEM companies.

Today Mack Hils Inc. operates out of a modern 50,000 square foot facility located in central Missouri. It is recognized as a leader in supplying quality parts to the original equipment manufactures across several different industries. The company is also recognized as the largest supplier of antique pickup bed parts in the world.
