About Us
Marberry & Company P.C., a professional corporation that traces its roots back to 1980. The Firm was originally formed by David A. Dalton. In 1983 Jim Marberry and Clifford Ravenscraft joined the firm. Today, Jim Marberry is the principal stockholder of Marberry & Company P.C., Certified Public Accountants. Tom Eagle, C.P.A. is the audit manager and a stockholder in the Corporation. The Firm and the Certified Public Accountants within the Firm are members of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
The Firm has nine full time employees dedicated to serving the professional accounting and tax preparation requirements of our client base. Our services are those traditionally offered by a full service accounting firm. The foundation of our firm is based upon the performance of these traditional accounting services, delivered to clients in a personalized fashion, with a commitment to high quality service. Those services include but are not limited to:

Our diverse client list includes several small and medium size retail and service entities and various not-for-profit organizations and foundations. Our attest services include audits and reviews. We provide attest services to not-for-profit organizations, employee benefit plans, small and medium size businesses, mutual insurance companies and agricultural cooperatives throughout the State of Missouri. We provide accounting and management advisory services to a variety of clients, including professional service firms, retail businesses, automobile dealerships and commercial property owners and managers.
There are normally no fees charged for an initial conference, up to one hour. Our fees are based upon the time required for the service at the standard billing rates for the professionals providing the service.
