Mary Carol Schriefer… I was once told if you love what you do your vocation will become a vacation. I am so fortunate that I have come to realize that dream in my 23 year career here in Kansas City. There is nothing better than helping an individual or family obtain homeownership. Whether it is the first home, second home or the ultimate dream home, I find it endlessly rewarding to play a role in each and every purchase. I have had the good fortune of doing just that since 1986.
As the oldest of six children growing up on the family farm, from an early age I was responsible for others. As you well know the lessons of childhood follow us throughout our lives. That responsibility for others and outcomes has played a key role in my career, ensuring that my clients are well informed, well represented and that the end result meets and exceeds their expectations.

I was in the real estate business when interest rates were 18%, and 20% down was the norm. Regardless of the market, my experience and knowledge of the metro community, schools, financing options, and negotiating skills have prepared me to help my clients with selling and purchasing homes. It is a great day to buy a home!

Brian J. Reed… I have been in the real estate business long before I knew it would lead to a passion and develop into a lifelong career. My early years were spent in residential construction, then, in 1999 I took a leap to developed my own residential appraisal business. My experience from physically inspecting homes is invaluable while assisting my Clients with determining quality and detail of construction, and providing current market values. For the last 10 years, I’ve made it my business – literally – to know the value of the every single neighborhood and area in the Kansas City market place.
