Mary Cruise began to "read" my energy the moment we met! She truly is a Reiki Master and healer. When I go in to see Mary she asks what a need and now I say "Whatever you read." I trust her, am comfortable and safe on her therapy table and ALWAYS feel better when I leave her studio. If you're looking for someone to improve your well-being, give Mary a try.

Weather you have been playing Tai Chi for weeks or years, Mary Cruise’s classes are always a challenge! She customizes the classes depending on the skill level of the students and everyone benefits. Mary’s vast knowledge of Tai Chi, Qigong balances well with Therapeutic Massage, in that all three are about healing the body, clearing the mind and relaxing the muscles, while at the same time strengthening the body, mind and spirit.

Mary Cruise is great at what she does. Her knowledge of Tai Chi and Qigong coupled with a sensitive teaching style make her classes and private session instructive and helpful. With her guidance and support my personal practice of Tai Chi keeps me limber and more able to move as I age. As an active gardener, I am sure I would not be kneeling and weeding, planting and digging nearly as easily if I were not a one of Mary's students.

I have been blessed to have the privilege of knowing Mary Cruise since I first moved to Columbia 6 years ago. I have had the honor to watch her grow in her Tai Chi business (the word Master is very fitting here)and to see her become the sensitive, compassionate and knowledgeable massage therapist that she is. If it's Tai Chi, you want, she's the best. If you need a Reiki session, she's the best. If it's a healing massage you need, she's the best. Professionalism tempered with friendliness and a wicked sense of humor, well...she's the best! I highly recommend her services.

I have joint and muscle pain that I'd just about given up trying to alleviate. Then I met the massage therapist I'd been looking for! This proprietress is quintessentially professional in her thoroughness every appointment. She is careful to ask each time how my body is doing, and adjusts the massage accordingly. And after each session, she will ask the same question, to be sure her efforts were effective. Mary is WITH you the entire hour, checking on how we're doing. Besides Mary's professionalism, she is a most caring and compassionate person. You always feel you are being well taken care of. Mary is also very careful to make sure you're "back to reality" before you leave, because the massage is SO soothing and relaxing, you may or may not be back into your "adult" self ;O) I have only good things to say about Mary.
