About Us

Matt grew up in the small rural farming community of Shelby County, Missouri which procured his passion for the farming and hunting industries alike. Growing up in a rural setting and being an avid hunter for 25 years, gives him the experience to guide potential clients on any type of recreational property. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources from MU and then had the opportunity to work for the Navy in Everett Washington as a hiking guide and recreation coordinator. For the last 12 years Matt has since started his own contracting business focusing on residential and commercial development and excavating services. As a licensed realtor, Matt has evolved as one of the leaders in ag based properties focusing on large tillable and high income farms nationwide for buyers and sellers. Most recently, he has had the privilege of working on some of the largest tillable and recreational properties in the state of Missouri including an 11,000 tillable farm in Southeast MO and a 1600 acre premier whitetail ranch for one of the world’s top ten breeders and has had great success. He contributes this success with being upfront and honest with clients and treating people right. Given the opportunity you won’t find anyone that will work harder for your business!
