Embroidery
Mattingly's Embroidery will work closely with you to produce a digitized file of your company's logo. This will enable us to provide you with the highest quality finished product.
There is no logo too small or too large. Logo sizes range from 3 - 16 inches. Whether your order is 10 or 10,000 pieces.. 5,000 or 50,000 stitches... Mattingly's guarantees to produce only exceptional finished embroidered apparel. Each order is hand trimmed and inspected before being packed and delivered to you.

Silk Screening
In today’s business environment, many companies have turned to the corporate casual attire in the workplace. If that is the situation, your company may prefer to have garments silkscreened. We can provide OSHA safety colors also.

Vinyl Signs and Banners
Not only can names and numbers be cut in vinyl to be place on garments but vinyl lettering takes on a customer’s individuality as we customize one-of-a-kind artwork for you. Again, because of our trained staff, we have the ability to vectorize any artwork that is supplied by the customer, or we can work with the customer to produce signature artwork.
Vinyl lettering and artwork isn’t just for garments! Today, many customers are requesting graphics for their vehicles, motorcycles, trailers, election signs, golf outing and tournament hole markers, school and special event banners. These signs are indoor and outdoor friendly and are reuseable.
Tackle Twill
Tackle twill is a tough fabric with a heat seal backing so that it can be applied to various types of garments. Typically, numbers and letters are custom cut to fit the specifications of the individual or team. Any graphics or artwork can be vectorized to the customer’s preferences.
Once the tackle twill has been customized, special equipment is needed to cut the material. The tackle twill is then placed on the garment, heated, and finally zigzag stitching provides the final touches to secure the tackle twill to the garment.
All of Mattingly’s Tackle Twill jobs are performed in-house.
