Their advertising is deceptive. They don't care, they do nothing beyond the same services other banks offer. With just barely cheaper fees, it isn't even worth it. Customer service is hit and miss, most tellers are relatively friendly, management rarely is. I've been a customer for years, but it is going downhill more and more. I'm switching to Missouri Bank.

Terrible lending experience

Trying to get a loan with Missouri Credit Union was an absolutely terrible experience. They continually pushed back the final loan date, required inspections that cost in excess of $2000, and then turned down the loan even though all of the inspections were passed! We verbally agreed to have financing done if the reports came back as they did and Missouri Credit Union broke their promises! A truly terrible lending experience.

I have used Missouri Credit Union for two auto loans now and the staff really knows how to make it a stress free process. I can always get a hold of my banker and the times that I need a return call it's always fast. The customer service they provide really elevates Missouri Credit Union above the rest.

My first bank account was with Missouri Credit Union. Since then I have had all my car loans with them, and they have given me great refinance rates! I highly recommend Missouri Credit Union to anyone looking for any type of loan or for refinancing.
