About Us

Monica has been a Columbia resident for over 30 years. She earned her Brokers license in 2001 and worked as a Century 21 agent for the next 5 years. One of the many awards she received with Century 21 was “2002 Rookie of The Year” for the Heartland Region. Monica now owns Central Missouri Real Estate, LLC a holding and referral company and currently works as a full time agent for House of Brokers Realty, Inc. She works with buyers and sellers providing outstanding service to both. Buyers can count on Monica’s focus to find the best home suitable for their needs no matter what their budget. Having financing up front also allows for quick negotiations, which can be crucial in any home purchase. For sellers, Monica also knows that marketing and getting their home in front of as many buyers and other agents is the main focus as well as correct list pricing and home preparation.
