*Dr. William R. Chism and Dr. Marie E. Mitchell* At Ozark Eye Clinic, Dr. William Chism and Dr. Marie Mitchell provide vision care to patients of all ages. They are trained to diagnose and treat eye diseases including eye allergies, eye infections, diabetic eye complications, and eye injuries. Pre-operative and post-operative care for LASIK and cataracts is also available. The doctors can be reached for after-hours emergencies by calling the main office phone number. _Frames_ We have many designer frame lines to choose from, such as: BCBG, CK, DKNY, Anne Klein, Candies, Guess, Columbia, Ed Hardy, Cole Haan, Harley Davidson, Michael Kors, Nautica, Nike, Nina Ricci, Vogue, and much more. _Lenses_ We have many premium ophthalmic lens choices available which include, but are not limited to: Varilux, Transitions and Avance non-glare lenses. _Contact Lenses_ We also carry a large variety of contact lenses to correct most of your visual needs including multifocal/bifocal and toric/astigmatic soft contact lenses as well as gas permeable options. _Insurance_ We Accept VSP, VCD, most Eye Med plans, Mercy/Premier, Humana, Medicare, Medicaid, and many others.
