Our family refinanced with Steve and Primary over two years now. He locked in that low rate, processed our paper work efficiently and made the closing go smoothly. Why pay for all the extras for a larger company, go with local experience and pocket the difference. Check out if refinancing is right for your mortgage. I sent first time home buyer to Steve, a couple nearing retirement that never had owned. They were extremely pleased and rewarded with the lowest rate available and now living in their own home.
