I learned the lesson of letting muscles atrophy. Whether you are stuck behind a desk or overworking your muscles, you need to stop and see where you are. Is your body telling you need to do something about it?

I have been in the medical field working with podiatry, chiropractic, and physical therapy since1996; and in massage therapy working with clients who suffered from shoulder, neck, back and knee problems since 2004. The is no substitute for your activity. Massage can help you get back on the right track. Think of massage as “helping your body heal itself.”
