Our Founder

Jeff Lottmann started his career in medical and surgical supplies sales, applying business savvy and sales strategies to negotiate and close multi-million dollar deals. His success in the industry allowed him to pursue his true passion—real estate. A real estate investor, Jeff was known for buying, renovating, and reselling properties of all types. In 2002, Jeff made his passion his career—and founded Lottmann Realty Group.

His business and practical experience differentiate him from his competition; he acts as an advocate and advisor for each client. Committed to client satisfaction, Jeff strives to match people with property opportunities. As a result, he is the “go-to” real estate agent for many families and residential and commercial real estate investors throughout the course of their lives.

A father of three, Jeff loves spending time with his children, coaching their various sports activities, boating, volunteering, and golfing.
