I have called different plumbers, trying to get help with obtaining a hard-to-find part for my water heater. All of the other plumbers I called said the only option was to get an entire water heater, and tried to sell me one of their own. However, a friend that had looked at my water heater told me to call Reed's, saying they are the most knowledgeable people about plumbing that he knows. I called, and the man that answered the phone talked to me for several minutes. He told me the part I needed to buy in order to fix the water heater, and offered to give me more advice if I had any trouble. And, from the beginning, he knew that if he took time to help me figure out my problem, there would be nothing in it for him. This is the kind of company people in Columbia should support, and I'm so happy that they were able to help me get hot water again in my home. They'll have my business in the future! :)
