Welcome to Reflections Weight Loss & Wellness Center!! We use a revised version of Dr. A.T.W Simeon's weight loss protocol. There are three different kinds of fat. They are structural fat, normal fat and abnormal fat. The abnormal fat cells are locked tight. We use hCG to access these abnormal fat reserves. HCG or human chorionic gonadotropin is a hormone secreted in pregnancy to protect the fetus from starvation in times of famine by releasing brown fat stored within the woman's body as a source of food. We use hCG combined with a very low calorie diet (vlcd).
You do not have to give up make-up, shampoo or lotion like the original Dr. Simeons weight loss protocol! We found that make-up and lotions do not slow down weight loss. Feeling hungry all day is not part of our hCG diet. As a matter of fact, hunger is normally an issue of under eating. In fact, if you feel hungry we encourage you to call us so we can modify your diet as needed.
We use only pharmacy grade hCG, which means you must speak with our doctor before we can fill your prescription. The pharmacy is FDA approved, however, the FDA has not approved the use of hCG as an effective weight loss drug. The vlcd is what actually causes the weight loss. However, if you only do the diet without the hCG you would lose muscle, bone and water. Meaning that once you resume eating normally most, if not all, the weight will come back!! HCG is muscle preserving, which means almost all the weight you lose is abnormal fat.

I have been doing the HCG lotion for 3wks now. Ive lost 14lbs and approx. 13inches overall. Im very happy with the results! Mindy is very motivating and always on standby to get ahold of. :)
