Review of Top Hand Plumbing

He did a great job fixing my busted pipe in October 2012. At the time he worked hard and fast to get us up and running. However, he told us he would come back this spring to fix our sidewalk. 10 months and 20 phone calls later, he still hasn't returned to finish the job nor has he returned my last 5-6 calls. I'm satisfied with the job he did replacing the pipe, but extremely disappointed in the customer service since and the fact that the job still isn't done.
