Rob Smith Property Investigations is a locally owned and operated Home Inspector serving the entire Mid Missouri area.  We inspect homes for sale in Jefferson City, Columbia, Osage Beach, Lake Ozark, Camdenton and cities between.

Our Hours
We are available to inspect your home Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  After hour appointments are also available by calling Rob Smith @ 573-291-6065.
