Fraud fraud fraud!! Nothing what I expected after looking at the commercials. their customer services is something I've never experienced before. My hair was just ok but the loud environment, lack of passion and the overly use of bad words, was enough for me to never return.

I called after seeing their weaving special on tv. Well after calling about times I gave up. They were way way to rude over the phone and never gave me a price. Glad I didn't go!

About 2-3 days after my appointment I received an infection in my scalp. Went to my PCP and it was confirmed it was a sanitation issue. I never called to complain because it was already so hard to get someone to help. I just never returned!

I don't know where to start! I waited for hours, got hung up on when trying to let them know my hair was shedding. There was nothing positive about this facility. I still lost for words. I gave her a tip thinking maybe I would get better treatment...it failed, She treats everyone like a number. Wont be back. ever in life!!

I came in last month for a simple relaxer, trim and flat iron. I was there 5 hours but it was ok because I took off. I noticed that the lady only had one glove on but i wasn't too alarmed. I started to burn almost 1 minute during the application. She advised me to keep it on and not to worry. About 5 minutes I was so on fire, my nose began to run and the sides of my cheeks were burning like crazy. She told me it was because I must have scratched? I promised her that I knew I was coming in so there was no way I would have done that. She didn't seemed alarmed so I trusted her. I left with my hair straight so I new it took, but I also noticed I had large blisters and red marks. About 2 days in,my edges were almost completely gone. I than called and asked for her to take a look at my hair. She said it wouldn't be until the following week when she could. I was upset than, because I now had no edges and blisters and she seemed unsympathetic! I later went to the ER because I could sleep on my head it hurt that mad.
I though about taking it further and suing. As for my hair now, I have little. I decided that I would never put another relaxer on my hair. I would have been a little more understanding if she would have at least call to check on me or even take a look at it. She offered no solutions. But she had my money though.
