Small Occasion Photography is a locally owned business in Hartsburg, Mo. We have been providing photography services to the Columbia and Jefferson City areas for 15 years. We contract small weddings and other memorable events. We take pride in our quality photographic services and our ability to offer them at an affordable price.
 
For over 30 years our owner and lead photographer, Tom Breen, has had a passion for taking photographs. Photography started out as a hobby, but slowly turned into a successful and growing business for Tom. Our lead coordinator, Diana has been posing our events and organizing all of our shots since the start. With Tom and Diana’s years of experience, our customers can trust that we will exceed their expectations and capture memorable photos for years to come.
 
To keep prices our prices affordable for all of our customers we offer a basic package and all other services al a carte. This system allows each of our customers to customize their experience according to their event and budget. If your event is outside of Columbia or Jefferson City areas, we can travel at a minimal cost based on time and mileage.
