It all started with Scott and his Dad in the backyard of there Prairie Village home playing with a smoker that his dad purchased. After many trials and errors the passion to make the best BBQ grew. They learned quickly that quality meat, a great rub and cooking long and slow, of course, produced the best BBQ.
